Cancelling An Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please email me as soon as possible and I will issue a full refund. If your item has already been dispatched, please follow the guidelines for returning an unwanted product.

Faulty Items
If items in your order are damaged on arrival I am happy to offer a refund or replacement. You must notify me of damaged goods within 7 days of arrival, and the item should be returned within 14 days. Please return the items with their original tags and packaging, and include your full name, postal address and email address, and specify whether you would prefer a replacement item or a refund.
If for any reason a replacement is not available then a full refund will be given.
Refunds will not be given for items lost in transit on return, so please ensure the correct postage is paid, use recorded mail and obtain proof of posting. Return postage cost is non-refundable.
Refunds will be credited to your account shortly after receiving the returned item. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Missing/Delayed Items
Items dispatched to a UK address are deemed to be lost after 15 days from the expected delivery date. I cannot replace or refund items until this time.
If your ordered items still have not arrived after this 15 day period, please contact me on the contact page to discuss a replacement or refund.
