Pretty Pollyanna employs a third party payment processor (PayPal) to take electronic payments. This payment processor utilises highly dependable technology to ensure the protection of your payment information, which is not released to any outside party, including Pretty Pollyanna.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the total cost of your order at checkout, with free delivery for orders over £30.
I will dispatch your order as soon as possible. All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class post or International Airmail, but items with reduced price listings (sale items) will be shipped Second Class. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery inside the UK or up to two weeks for international orders.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your items and wish to return them, please do so within 14 days. Please return the items with their original tags and packaging, intact and unused.
Please include your full name, postal address and email address, and a short account of your reasons for returning the product.
Refunds will not be given for items lost in transit on return, so please ensure the correct postage is paid, use recorded mail and obtain proof of posting. Return postage cost is non-refundable.
Refunds will be credited to your account shortly after receiving the returned item. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
